There was only 2 serving and 8 to10 people queuing up. One of the girls With a K on her neck left the counter to help a woman who was having difficulty on the computers in there. Then she served her before all of us who had been waiting a long time. And one man walked out as he was disgusted as we were. I appreciate people have to be helped but she should have queued up like all of us. Everytime I go in there , there are long queues.

To be fair, she didn't have to do a great deal as far as my purchase was concerned, but the manager, Annie, was just so nice and courteous to all the customers. A real asset to the store.

purchased a fitbit watch here 5 days ago cannot see the watch display when outside in bright light were i need it for steps and time.Took it back to store today for a refund and was told thats not possible as I had opened the box? Contacted Argos customer service on chat was given a phone number for Fitbit in USA,After a long time was told that as I had bought it at Argos they could only give me a 50 percent discount as it was faulty. I will never shop there again as you dont seem to have consumer rights with them.

HORRIBLE experience with staff here. A relative bought incorrect items and I was landed with returning them which sounds simple. However the boxes were TAPED when I picked them up so they were ripped when opened as there was no other way to open them. When I was told to return them because they're not right the male assistant who dealt with me was horrible about it snarky and passive aggressive like I was trying to do something wrong returning them. At this point I hadn't even clicked to say why were they taped up when they were sold to me as BRAND NEW. I had to ask for the manager who took an extremely long time contacting the warehouse. I was left sat feeling absolutely horrible for ages and ages wondering if we would be stuck with these incorrect items. In the end she tried to pass it off as a 'goodwill' gesture that they would refund me and kept saying they normally wouldn't accept them as returns with the boxes ripped. The only reason they accepted them as returns is because they sold me RETURNS as brand new in the first place or they would have just said no and the boxes wouldn't have been taped up. I'm absolutely disgusted to have been treated this way. I left feeling so stressed and upset. I'd never shop at this store again this has been so unpleasant. And surely its against some kind of selling law to re sell returned goods as brand new. Dodgy place with horrible staff. No thanks.

The manager here Nat is very unprofessional, she was very insensitive to my autistic friend as he struggles to explain himself properly, I?m really unhappy about how rude she was to him and how she treated him. This is very unfair and she shouldn?t treat vulnerable people like this. He was very embarrassed and does not want to return to this store again, Nat is supposed to be the manager she should have some better training on how to deal with disabled customers and be kind to all.

I will not be using Argos in Sale, Manchester again.Received a text message telling me to collect my order.Arrived about 9.30 and there were no other customers.Gave the lady in her late 50?s with black hair and glasses my code, but she told me I needed an FT number and to come back when I have one.Went home only to notice I'd also received an email at 8:50 aswell as the text.Email said my order was ready to collect ?hooray - it?s here, don?t dilly dally.. It?s time to collect your item??Drove back and waited 40 minutes in the now very long queue.Served by the fella who tbh, has always been great when I?ve been there.Funny how he just went and found my item without an FT code.So, to the lady in her late 50?s with black hair and glasses, Thanks for wasting my time and diesel and for your terrible customer service.

Amazing customer service! Adam (Sainsburys Sale) went really out of his way to help me and let my children choose the watches they wanted. Wish all retail assistants were half as good as Adam.

Staff in this branch have demonstrated bad attitude as well as rudeness towards customers. Further to this, I have witnessed customers being totally ignored by idle staff. Judging by the previous reviews on here, this store has a bad reputation associated to it.

Quick and easy purchasing experience. The usual Argos browse the catalogue, write the ref number of whatever item you are purchasing, pay at the cashier and wait for your ref number to be called when it's ready at the warehouse counter.

Frustrating went to collect wheelchair cushion came out with a clock manager said last four digits same no t sorry not my fault you will have to have a refund and go home and reorder and this could happen again I then get email thankyou for collecting looked at my receipt says returned changed mind very rude and uncaring

Website was causing me order issues as I assume it?s under a lot of pressure during lockdown. The staff in Sainsbury?s Sale were very patient with me and helped me secure my purchase. Very thankful for their assistance. Excellent social distancing measures and helpful friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
