“I took a game consul to be sent away for repair. They give an estimate beforehand and let you know if it's any different before going ahead with the repair. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed so was sent back to the shop for collection. No repair, no fee so I didn't have to pay for anything. I will certainly take future repairs to CEX Friendly and knowledgeable staff.”

“Would definitely recommend visiting this store instead of others, the customer service is brilliant. The staff really take their time to help with queries and I notice they go above and beyond. I used to use the Trafford Centre store, however, the staff there are always rushing, don't talk and don't really provide any customer service. Would highly suggest using the Rochdale store to purchase games etc and the staff are more willing to help. I also find that I am given lots of info and recommendations for games and I have ended up pre ordering a few games ?”
