The Manager was rude and insulting. It was about December I came in for a washing machine. And some other kitchen appliances. Priced up a few items and started looking online because they price match other stores. So just looking to get the best deal like I always do. The manager came over for some reason and started asking me what I was doing standing around, not if I needed assistance. I explained and he started insinuating i was being cheap and also suspicious using my phone and if I had what I wanted I should head to the checkouts. I asked why then they had the price match offer. He said 'well it's not to have people' lingering around the store on their phone'. And then called security and watched me from a distance.. So I left before they got there. Not really sure what his deal was. But I was stood there maby half an hour because I was searching for about 10 different items. But it was abit excessive his actions I think.

Went to return a shark as it has a 5 year warranty, woman on counter was awful, rude, unhelpful, just wanted us gone,, we had to contact shark directly because they were so unhelpful. Won't be buying from herr again

I find the staff pretty useless, the management a shambles, they reject orders you make online without reason, they shut down services when it's inconvenient like refusing returns over Xmas. My review has gone down 1 star since I first rated it because the quality just gets worse and worse. And things that can only be delivered cost £25-30 to be brought to you which is massively overpriced.

Since the end of November 2023,I have had 4 cookers - 3 of which have been damaged in some shape or form, an absolute nightmare. (Missed markings on the hob, break in the glass oven door, dents all down the back & top of the vents.The helpline/customer service are very rude, they don't listen to what you are telling them, then you get cut off!! I have paid a lot of money for this item, but havent been able to use a cooker the past 10 weeks!Each time, I have had to go to the store & sort my issues with the manager. I had to laugh when the latest cooker was delivered, the delivery people said the damage/dents to one cooker was how it had been made! My reply was I'm not stupid to believe that! They refused to remove this particular one, as it wasn't on their paperwork, yet it is in black & white on my paperwork. I now have a damaged cooker in my lounge, one in the kitchen ?it works ok. I have sent an email of complaint to which I received an automated reply informing me that I would receive a response within 48 hours, which suprise suprise hasn't happened! I have also posted the same but in letter form recorded delivery. It's an absolutely appalling service. If I don't hear anything, then I will be taking legal advice

I love Curry's. You get to touch & feel the goods and in a world dominated by online shopping and that's something that I value enormously.However, recently I've been in twice to buy Google Home products & a Dyson wall-mounted vac and they had zero stock despite displaying all of the products (a picture of the Dyson). Moreover, there's a lot of staff standing around whilst others are running around dealing with customers.I'd be very sad to see this place go, but unless they have a serios re-jig, I fear it's inevitable and that'll be a sad day indeed.

A bit disappointing when wanting to buy smaller electrical items such as tablets, cameras etc. They never seem to have the item you want. They do refer to another store that has the item but usually it's too far to go. They will order but collection is usually 2-3 days. Can get the item on line with next day delivery. Crazy.

Was trying to look at tv's, and was spoken to by an assistant until he was told I wasn't paying over 1000 pounds for a tv. Quickly lost interest. Cheaper at argos
