Best organized bank branch everI have not been to a bank branch in a while (7 years). This time I needed to gain an access code, which was impossible to resolve online , nor over the phone.The place seemed busy and crowded, yet the consultants are very well organized. I was told my waiting time will be 5-10 minutes. In fact it was even shorter. And after another 10 minutes my app activation was done and dusted./In the past a queue of this size meant an hour long wait/All customers are allowed in and have this open waiting area, where some consultants approach with laptops, there are some standing desks and closed rooms for more advanced transactions.Everyone inside was quickly approached and looked after, which is not an easy task and I am saying that from my past retail experience.I am devastated to hear that this branch is about to close, as you could clearly see there are customers needing it. I saw elderly people, those struggling with app, or customers who just can't speak English well enough to communicate over the phone.I would like to thank the whole team running this place for such a good banking experience.

Poor service.To withdraw cash from non-Barclay's card, we were advised to go to street ATM. Because of the small queue to that ATM, we returned 13:02 on Saturday and were not able to replenish our Barclay's card, as the machines that accept cash are only inside.Just avoid...

Today, I went to open a bank account, and there was only one customer there. They spoke very rudely and refused to help me. One of them said, "It is your job to do it online," but when I explained that I already did and it prompted me to contact the branch for further assistance, they accused me of lying. Determined to resolve the issue, I went through the entire process again and showed them the evidence. Despite this, they informed me that they wouldn't have time until October and advised me to make a phone call and schedule an appointment at another branch. I was surprised since there were no other customers there.

Worst branch ever... the waiting time is terrible long. If you need the till make sure you book half a day off if you go to this branch. And when you get to the till you might find someone there that doesn't really know what to do. Sorry, but Barckleys should really rethink the way they organised their branches. There are things that can't be done at the several useless machines they have in the branch. So 0 stars if possible...

The staff are rude and quite aggressive when asked questions the only thing that they said was go online so what is the point in giving banks at all completely unacceptable behaviour the staff are unwilling to help

Disrespectful staff that lack basic customer service skills. Avoid this branch at all costs!I was told via email to go into branch regarding ID verification for a charity account. The manager Mr German at first said it has be done electronically until I showed him the email stating the contrary. He then said I had to go upstairs for my query to be dealt with.I was sat upstairs in the waiting area assuming there had been communication between the two floors. After 5 minutes or so I had to initiate to approach the advisors upstairs (who both had seen me enter the waiting area) because it was clear that there had been no communication between staff on both floors.I was told by an advisor in a rude manner that she had seen me & I had to sit back down as she was finishing off something off! (She wasn't dealing with no customers). At no point did any advisor ask me for help when I came to the second floor.When I replied this could have been said when I made my way upstairs I was told by another advisor (chubby blonde woman) I was hot headed & rude so they wouldn't serve me!At no point did I use any abusive or foul language, all I wanted was a bit clarity and help. It was clear to see the branch is well under staffed which is leading to advisors showing a total lack of respect towards customers.Will not be going there again!

l wish I could give 0 stars. The staff is obviously not here to help. Specially miss jesna she is sick mind. Doesn't know how to treat people. 0 consumer service at all. Been here for 1p minutes thing. They made me to come 7 times every day. Finally went to another branch. It was sorted

Worst bank I have ever seen. They are not here to help. They are shame. Can?t even sort out 1 problem. Made me come 7 times. Finally destroyed my 2 weeks. Went to another branch and they sort it out in a day. Avoid miss Jesna kerai. She is not helping al all. Trying to get more problems. Worst costumer service ever.

I can't comment on the staff that work here, but a quick warning - this is a bank which will invest your funds in climate destroying industries like fossil fuels (the biggest investors in this industry of all European banks, which is totally irresponsible in a climate crises). I found it very easy switching to a more ethical bank and encourage you to do the same.

I was asked if I needed any help, I thought it was a member of the public approaching me, looked scruffy in a football shirt, no uniforms and even less manners.Not a good image and the service was even worse.Much better banks local.

Staff are awful in this branch. They ask you private banking information outside the bank when you gave a que of people stood close by and when you get inside the store you can hear everyone private conversation. Avoid this branch

I called Barclays bank at 10.30am they answered 12. 30.OMG!Is the service best say we cant answer simple.
