Took a faulty sander back after 12 days of use to be told. I'm not exchanging it because it's got a dirty plug, it had over spray white paint on it paint a small amount. Avoid paint when buying power tools you're warranty will be void

Incomplete item, not picked up, no refundIn early December 2023, I ordered a product sold at this store that is supplied by a local 3rd party (like many of their products) through B&Q?s home delivery service. However, it arrived without a vital piece. Attempts to contact B&Q and the supplier resulted in the need to provide a completely new product, but two pre-arranged attempts to get it removed were denied by the delivery company because of its size. Then the supplier suggested providing the missing part, despite previously claiming this was not possible. Eventually, it was taken away by the delivery company in the second week of January 2024. Two days later, it suddenly arrived back at my house. The product is now not advertised on the website. I'm stuck with an incomplete product, no one who will take it away, and no refund.

Brilliant staff on collections, on custmer service phone line and a young lad called Callum who loaded my laminate in the car for me.After a few botch ups through sheer accident B&Q Staff were brilliant got me sorted no hassle and showed excellent customer service Thankyou

It's a big B&Q. Great for DIY stuff, not so great for cat food it turns out. But hey, the cat seems to enjoy her new set of screwdrivers, so it's all good.

We bought a fireplace & surround 20 days ago through B&Q's official website and it was delivered on time on the day within the 7 days, we opened the box and it was broke at the base, phoned customer services and was told we would receive a phone call within 3 days, 4 days later no phone call so phoned back, was then told we would receive a call within 24 hours, that never arrived, so we phoned back three days later and was then told another 24 hours and it's been marked as urgent ( we had also sent an email prior with photos of the damage ) still received no phone call back so again two days later we again live chatted and was again asked for photos again.In the end my husband had had enough and rang the local branch and spoke to Ash, who immediately said come down and we can give you a refund, simple and quick how it should be so thank you ash for finally sorting this nightmare out & B&Q CEO's take note that's how you do it simple !

Exceptional customer service from Andy on the paint department this evening. He was very knowledgeable about colour matching and the correct tones for a darker shade that I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient and friendly and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. His work colleague Ron was also particularly helpful. Excellent experience.
