    My 83 year old mums scooter broke down the 1st time she went out on it&they are refusing to refund the money&expect her to pay for it to be refunded.

    Bought 2 cars from Nitrotek, all in all not a great experience. One (£110) was sent out faulty so requested a refund as oppose to the spare part they wanted to send me as a 'good will' gesture?     Bought car 10 weeks ago. Batteries are nackered already with very little use. Maybe 4hrs and now they wont charge or hold charge. Not replying to my emails and not answering phone. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I even set up an account to try and resolve the problem and that didnt work eitherConning company.... read full comment
