Ordered some aftershave to pick up on Sunday the 31st of December as I was in Manchester for the day travelling from elsewhere and the previous day online it was specified ?pick up within 1 hour? so you would think it would be ready the next day.As much as I appreciate an email will tell you when it?s ready to collect, when you are in the store, you can see about 5 boxes of your aftershave on the shelf and you are showing an email of your order to a member of staff you would think it can be sorted then and there. But no ?we don?t have your order? is what I was told.The reason why I didn?t bother to explain the simplicity of how it could be sorted having worked in customer service retail for 10+ years is that the complete lack of enthusiasm, energy, thought and skill I was met with made me think you know what, this place doesn?t deserve my time or money so I left.When employing young part time workers the least a business could do is have management that can train people up properly and give them just an ounce of problem solving capabilities, woeful and inept is how I would describe my customer service experience. Won?t be shopping at this chain again.

Charge money out of your account without authorisation or no notice for a memeber ship you don?t even sign up for. The business is a joke

Poor customer service. Staff don?t know what service you offer ? ordered perfume that was in stock by click and collect and it was meant ti be ready in an hour. I came to store where was one blonde girl and one brown curly haired girl? they both looked at me like im an idiot thinking i can collect something in an hour even though I did many times before? cz guess what girls its in stock you just print invoice and use your stock ? i know it?s difficult to get? im going on holiday so can?t collect anymore?( I wouldn?t even order if it didn?t say it?s going to be ready within an hour) but when I come back from holiday I will collect my item to return and speak to a manager because they clearly employ incompetent staff.

Aaliyah was so friendly and helpful, she helped pick out my sons first aftershave, which he is so happy with. Thank you Aaliyah ? great all round experience at the Manchester Arndale store.

I got a perfume for myself today - Lilia was kind and she remembered me from last time when I stopped by to get some fragrances. She was patient and generous enough to help me and she definitely knew her perfumes really well.

A great shopping experience. The staff were courteous and very attentive. Lots of patience with me because I was vague and unsure. I left with an eau de toilet which was just what I was needing. Well done to the Fragrance Shop.

My boyfriend just noticed a fraudulent charge from "The Fragrance Shop" Manchester GB which him and I never purchased anything from nor approved any purchases.

After nearly one month my order still not arrived to my local store and when I did visit store there wasn't helpful and after one month delay I just get a refund which is not worth it at all , I suggest you do not waste your time with this company , do not buy from them. Order number FWUK55938914 just for proof.
