Never had a better subway? he?s called billy. He?s got red hair and he stacks a subway like NOBODY?S business. If subway corporate are reading I hope to god this man is playing a major part in the subway franchise within the next 5 years. He?s killing it. He will lead by example. Just a little reminder to staff! Someone can be vegetarian please remember to change the gloves!I was served by manager and was used gloves to serve a man before me who ordered with ham pepperoni etc. The lady didnt even hesitate to change the thin plastic gloves which is meant to be just single use!Though I am vegetarian so i didnt like it!

Fraudulent store - Ordered a sub priced at £7.59. Added a meal deal for £2. Swiped my card contactless. Now I realize I was changed £10.01. I know 41p isn't much but if they are doing this to multiple customers everyday it's adds up in their pockets. Just dishonest employees. Sub was dry and lacking decent filling compared to other subway stores I've been to. Seems they are rationing their subs. Very disappointed.

Honestly, I?ve not had a subway in years and I really ramped myself up for it but a sandwich artist called Vinit ruined it for me. The other staff were fantastic but when I asked Vinit a question he literally said ?I?m not engaging in this? which is down right rude when all I was asking was why I couldn?t have a particular bread with a specific sandwich. Rude. His colleague, whose name I didnt catch, explained it politely which was fine. Vinit needs a lesson in customer service. It?s been years since I visited a subway, it will be a lot longer untilI return. Rude staff.

Even though the weather has turned wet, cold and windy and there's so many other Subways we could go to much closer to where we live, we still walk all the way from Salford to Manchester almost daily to go to our favourite Subway!It's the superb staff which make this branch so special! The fabulous Manager Maria and her incredible, hardworking, friendly team of sandwich artists - Maria, Claire, Tasha, John, Billy, Jack, Kristen, Paul, David (and the rest of the crew - sorry we don't know your names yet!). Always going above and beyond what's expected of them.Just seeing how busy it's getting by the day isn't surprising at all - it's well-deserved and the staff are still all smiles! Four years since discovering this Subway, the Piccadilly 59A branch has become our 2nd home! Keep up the good work guys and thank you so much for everything you do - we appreciate all your hard work :) xxxVegetarian options: The staff are very helpful at explaining Vegetarian options available to customers (we're veggies ourselves!).Kid-friendliness: Subway is a very family-friendly, clean and safe environment. My daughter loves coming here!

I recently visited the Subway at Piccadilly gardens, and I was incredibly impressed with the service provided by two outstanding employees, Kristen and David. From the moment I walked in, Kristen greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel right at home. Her knowledge of the menu, patience in explaining the options, and her recommendations were spot-on, enhancing my dining experience.David also went above and beyond in ensuring my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The attention to detail, friendliness, and efficiency exhibited by [him/her/them] were remarkable. It?s clear that both Kristen and David take great pride in their work, and their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident.The quality of food was excellent, but it was the exceptional customer service that truly set this visit apart. It?s employees like Kristen and David who make customers look forward to coming back. I just wanted to express my gratitude and commend them for their outstanding service. Dirty dim place. Didn?t let me have chicken nachos on my sandwich and other salad. Only let me get set sandwiches and wouldn?t let me customize. Worst subway I have ever been to!!!
