Had a lovely experience with Tom on the Pat McGrath Labs counter, they were very patient in helping me choose one of the beautiful Mothership palettes, made my day going the extra mile to make sure I walked away having a wonderful experience and gorgeous products to take home! Was my first visit to Manchester and to a Pat McGrath counter I would definitely go again.

Great and friendly staff!The layout of the plage is fantastic and they have a large variety of perfumes for men and women.The designer clothes can be a bit better but besides from that it?s a good place to shop.

Is one of those places that doesn't advertise the prices it charges for items. Costs can be found on the individual labels attached to each item, but as the saying goes " If you have to look, you can't afford it". Also seems to have a number of areas dedicated to individual companies, the majority of which are quite well known but there are others that nobody seems to have heard of, which is another sign of how special this place is.

I would like to file a complaint against two Jo Malone store Chinese staff in Manchester Exchange Square Selfridges.Today at 5:21pm ( 1/12/2023), when I bought products in Jo Malone, Manchester Selfridges, I was racism against by Manchester Selfridges Jo Malone store staff (two Chinese girl).I bought some Jo Malone products and asked the Chinese staff to give me a handbag for the Jo Malone products I just bought after I check out. The Chinese staff' s attitude was very arrogant and they didn't provide it to me. At my request, they deliberately gave me a large to exaggerated bag. I said this handbag is too big, and I hope they can give me a handbag that fits the size of my product box. They told me they don't have a fit handbag. At that moment I can clearly feel their discrimination and ridicule. Later, I found another white male staff in the store, who helped me find a suitable handbag for my product size. It can be seen that the store does not lack a suitable size handbag, it's just because of racial discrimination, those two Chinese store staff are unwilling to provide me with my request. And when I went to find white male staff, they were still mocking me! I guess that two Chinese staff also saw that I am Chinese, so they discriminated against me based on race. I am very angry!I hope the manager can access surveillance to investigate this matter and impose corresponding penalties on those two Chinese store staff!If further investigation is needed, Selfridges manager can please contact me, and I can point out the two Chinese Jo Malone store staff who have racial discrimination.Today was the worst shopping experience on Manchester Selfridges Exchange Square, it ruined my good mood all day!!!

I was served by Julia on the men?s wear on the second floor, I asked if I could try on a few pieces of Issey miyake and Comme des Garçons. She was so help full and grabbed me all the sizes I needed, I mentioned that I may not buy I just wanted to see how they looked. She said ? not a problem at all I will meet you over at the fitting room with all the sizes, feel free to take a seat there? with in 10 minutes she brought all the pieces and a few extra pieces she thought I may like. She gave me great advice, I loved three pieces but decided on the comme des garçons unisex trousers. There was a beautiful issey miyake jacket I loved, and she asked me if I was interested. I said I would just take the trousers as I shouldn?t have bought anything at all. There was no pressure and she was so friendly and made me feel very relaxed and she was very genuine. I would definitely buy more from her in the future if I was in Manchester and hoping to see her again. She is a great member of your team at your store in Manchester.

One of my favorites places I went to in London! I prefer self ridges over Harrods forsure just the whole bond street is great. This department store is huge but not confusing so many little pop up shops too. If you want to do some shopping this is the place to go 10/10

It may just be Me but ,, why would you pay £70 more for a pair of jeans that you get and did get in the Arndale ??? Same goes for a lot of lines for sale here.No doubting it?s a nice Store and well laid out and it?s beautiful at Christmas ,, some people though seem to have more money than sense though I?ve had good bargains in the sale in the past. Make sure you adhere to strict dress protocol of designer gear or risk being eyed up targeted and shadowed by security. I?ve been going here with my Daughters and Partner for almost 15 yrs every time we?ve landed in town so I?m not basing this on a one off visit. It?s not a friendly place to shop either. It?s Security that annoy Me ,, well over the top.

Very good environment, spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and will help you find what you need. Even if it is not available at the counter, they will go to the warehouse to find it for you.
