Brilliant hairdressers - while not the cheapest the value is excellent. I?ve been coming here for years and as well as everyone being very friendly and welcoming, they really understand how to help you get what you want from your hair. Both stylists and colourists actually listen to you and take you along the process, and seem to encourage what I need at the right time, whether that?s confidence to have more of the same or boldness to try something different. Particular shout outs to stylist Richard and colourist Christian who are excellent in their respective areas and lovely as well.

I was feeling quite nervous about attending the salon after some recent medication caused some hair loss - I was feeling extremely self conscious. I saw Julia first who was so kind and gave me some great advice followed by a brilliant hair cut. I never imagined my hair could look and feel so good! It?s cut with such precision that it needs minimal styling now too - and still looks great. I later saw Christian for a hair colour and it was honestly the best colour experience I?ve ever had. He listened to everything I said carefully, was meticulous in applying the highlights/colour and explaining everything to me as he went so I really understood the process. The result was stunning and I couldn?t be more thrilled with the colour! Both Julia and Christian were conscientious, kind and caring and masters of their crafts! Would highly recommend and I won?t be going anywhere else again in future!

I was in Manchester for tourism at the end of October and by chance saw the Vidal Sassoon salon, so I decided to try one of their cuts.The environment is much more basic than what we are used to in Italy, where there is also particular attention to the aesthetics of the place and you are served with coffee and herbal teas.A young and very good guy whose name I don't remember cut me, extremely focused on the details.All the staff very kind.What can I say, I was more than satisfied.

I had an amazing experience at Sassoon and Christian and Theo were delightful. They made sure I was happy with everything, they were both lovely to chat to, made sure I was always comfortable and offered me drinks. They did an incredible job with my hair and I am so happy with the result! I couldn?t recommend this place more!

Had a cut at a training weekend at the salon. Got exactly what I wanted. Felt really heard by the hairdresser and the staff. Super happy. Would definitely recommend. Left feeling fabulous with my new cut.

Just back from Sassoon Manchester. Lee Sr. Creative Director saved me from a really bad haircut that I would have had to take on holiday. Really professional and explained every step of the way. Been coming here for over a year to get my hair coloured by Chloe. She always does the best job and all the staff are lovely! Always so welcoming.I?ve had so many salons refuse to dye my hair a copper shade, as it?s very curly and could affect my curl pattern, yet Chloe manages to do it without any damage at all.Would recommend here if you have curly hair as they know their stuff ??

I loved having my hair cut by Theo & then coloured by Christian! They were both so lovely and really tailored their skills to what I wanted and had amazing suggestions! Their creativity came through on my final hair result, I highly recommend going to them!

I?ve visited Vidal Sassoon a few times and it has become progressively worse over time. I didn?t even get offered a drink the last two times I attended, the stylists were average and my haircut was poor last time I attended.There are much better independent salons in Manchester now that I go to instead.
