I have had to visit this pharmacy 3 times in the last few weeks and the minimum I have had to wait is 55 mins and the longest was 2 hours. I work in this trust and its very frustrating when you are told the wait is 30 mins every single time by the till staff when it isn't. The queue today was out of the door. It really is unacceptable that nothing seems to be done about it.

Not sure why every time you go to collect a prescription here it takes 45 mins! Especially when it?s always empty! Why does it?!

Maccies up the road run better than this place. Was completely empty and still took 45 mins for a prescription that they ended up getting wrong anyway

Slowest pharmacy on the planet, I?ve never known somewhere take over 40 minutes to give you a prescription that you were told it was ready. Won?t be coming here again anytime soon

Need to up their customer serviceI had walked from cardiology (separate building and about 5-10 minute walk) to be told it wasn?t at the pharmacy and to go back to cardiology to ask where it wasCardiology were amazing and sorted it straight away, they also said pharmacy have our extension number they should have called usSo it took three pharmacy visits and so far twenty minutes wait(no indication from staff as to how long I am going to have to wait)I

Prescription sent over but no even looked at. Been told they now need to order it and will have to further wait how long I don't know. Women on the phone rude. Need to sort the staff out. Manners cost nothing. Obviously no customer service skills especially when thisbis a hospital you would think they would be better skilled.

Waited an hour and a half in severe pain, then when I finally got my prescription only half of it was there, told to go to Trafford general for the other half asked why it couldn't just be transferred, just said they couldn't do it very rude and unhelpful! Went to Trafford general and waited another hour! Unacceptable!!!

40 minute wait on two separate occasionsThe hospital should give patients a paper prescription instead of sending it electronically. It appears Rowland have a monopoly at Wythenshawe hospital .Hence the poor service.Makes me wonder are the high street branches this bad?

Terrible, I had to wait almost one hour to collect iron tablets. That does not make any sense. Is that a lack of personal or wrong processes in place? I have more things to do. This outrageous!

They need to do something about the staffing in here. It?s a hospital pharmacy that?s continually understaffed and patients are waiting an hour or more for prescriptions. It?s really sad to see staff being short and rude with patients. If only they would prescribe medicines to another pharmacy. To add- a gentlemen who couldn?t be in public too long- was immune suppressed (from a transplant) was made to wait a full hour in a busy room. So so so stressful for people.

A 40 minutes wait for your meds to be dispensed is the normality here. And only to be told they didn't have enough bottles of what I needed, and already paid for. And this happened more than once. I can't believe you only have a single bottle of very generic gaviscon every single time I come. Are you cutting costs?They gave me a letter for my GP to get it prescribed again... Which means paying it again. I should have asked for a refund really.
