I have never received such great customer service as I did today over the phone by Rebecca M. She was extremely helpeful, super polite and helped me find and reserved in store exactly what I needed. A huge thank you to her, she is an asset to your organisation. Thank you!

Terrible organisation in the sale section. Things rammed onto rails. I went in to have a look and found a beautiful dress. I try it on and it fits great am take it to the till to buy. One staff member shouted to another about wanting to go home early across the store before she came to the till. She clearly wasn?t well trained because she again shouted across the store for help from her colleague stood at the fitting rooms. Then she disappeared into the back to eventually come back and tell me the item I had chosen was not one of theirs! I asked how it had got there and was told they ?swap stock with New Look and it is theirs? by another member of staff. They offered nothing else for me except to go to New Look which I didn?t have time to do and just stood there saying sorry in the most fakest way. Got no more of an explanation as to why they ?swap? stock. Very disappointed as Quiz?s clothes always look nice and this dress was amazing. Won?t be returning to this store unless all the staff are properly trained, have better service and clean the place up. Will be looking on Vinted for Quiz stuff until then.

I would like to leave a review about one of the loveliest members of staff named George at the Quiz Store Arndale.. He was so helpful and patient trying to fine me the perfect shoes for a special occasion.. nothin was too much trouble for George with his lovely smile and pleasant manner..he is a credit and an asset to your company..June regular customer

I visited yesterday to get a skirt but i couldn't find the size I needed. The sale assistant was very kind. She went extra mile and ordered one online for me. Thank you for a great customer service. It's actually very rare these days.

Absolutely horrendous!!! It is 5.10 p.m is still 50 minutes until the shop will be closed, I have 5 dresses and want to go to a fitting room but the sales person is saying that I can't go there anymore because is closed! Horrible service! Is the owner paying them for standing and doing completely nothing? This is an absolute nightmare!
