“I rang on a Sunday morning to enquire whether something I ordered online had arrived. I hadn't realised they don't open till 11:00 AM on Sundays and it was only 9:30 AM. The phone was answered by a young woman (Yes, I am only guessing because she sounded young). Despite being out of hours, she was incredibly helpful. She was polite, cheerful and happily checked my order. I was very impressed indeed. All stores need staff like this.”
