My self and my wife visited the Trafford center and was served by Dominic. He was super helpful and made us feel at ease there wasn't any pressure on us to upgrade of get any extras. We did in the end upgrade both phone and the service was outstanding.

I would rate O2 0 stars if google let me! got a Samsung tab s8 ultra with o2 and only works in certain place's everywhere else is slow. I would stick with 3 as they're faster!

I was absolutely disgusted by the behaviour of one of your colleagues who came into my store. He was aggressive, shouting and swearing at me and my staff my staff members over a mistake he?d made regarding what he wanted to order. His behaviour was borderline violent, as testified by other customers queuing in the store; I nearly resorted to calling security. Even the man accompanying him seemed embarrassed of his appalling behaviour, staying very quiet while this incident unfolded. I have never been compelled to post such a negative review, but I think further action needs to be taken regarding this behaviour.

Having been a customer for 02 for years I called into the Trafford centre store on Saturday 4th February , to discuss updating my phone and which one would be best for me.I was greeted by the most helpful and /friendly/knowledgeable and patient staff member I have ever experienced.Aiden went over and above what he needed to do. He showed me how to safely store all my photos / recordings so I wouldn?t loose them . And explained which phone would suit my needs. He didn?t try to sell me a phone that I wouldn?t need just because he could.Aiden in my opinion is a great asset to 02 and any other employer who he works for.I was NOT asked to do this review . I have written it because I feel he deserves the recognition he deserves as a 02 employer.

From being past from pillow to post for 3days from the customer service about my product and things never went as simple Has it should of, the manager and the 2 colleges who dealt with the issue today In store was absolutely spot on, I Couldn't thank them Enough they got the issue dealt with. I cannot remember the names but i just want to thank them again for everything they done for me today i really appreciate it

Ever since this place has touched my phone i?ve had issues ! was having issues with my phone while in trafford centre so i went in and they ?sorted? it , about two days later my data completely went off even though we pay the bill. so we went in again and now I have been completely disconnected from all of myWi-Fi?s!!!! And for some reason I can?t reconnect to any of them. when we went in they said oh it just needed resetting so I asked them numerous times what needed resetting??? and another thing that wound me up is the way they looked at me when I didn?t understand something, 02 shops are there for HELP! not everyone is trained on using phones!

Went in for them to tick a box to access new device. While you're here, let's see how much a new tablet would cost you. Did I ask? No and I'm not in the mood to sign up to a £1000 tablet contract on a whim.

One of the female sales assistants was acting way above her paygrade and was very attitudey towards my mum & myself..needless to say i gave it right back but her whole decorum was disgusting.

Helpful staff took the time to compare a few devices and price plans found me a deal I was happy with and saved me £25 on my old contact overall good experience
