I feel lucky knowing these guys, I knew no one for repairs in Manchester and saw them on google maps.Decided to go and have a chat with them and they seemed very decent and trustworthy and I decided to go with them.I needed a full repaint for the car plus some repairs all around, I had a very good service and the cars was taken care of.Took the car today and I cant be happier, he even told me to feel free to go back if I notice anything needs fixing.Very well matched panels and good respraying with no rough edges, being a paranoid OCD person, this did satisfy me and they went beyond for me to be happy.

Undoubtedly the best body repair workshop in the city. I changed a broken bumper on my Smart; the job was done on one day; also they fixed the turn signal light problem at no extra charge. Great people, great specialists. 5 stars is too low a rating for this company, they deserve all 10. I am incredibly grateful and sincerely glad that I came across them.

I visited this garage with an issue with my parking sensors. A friendly staff member in a white shirt told me that it would be better to see an auto electrician, as otherwise they would charge me more for a lengthy diagnosis that an electrician could do quickly. I appreciated their honesty and followed their suggestion.I was very impressed by their integrity and professionalism. They could have easily taken advantage of me, but they gave me the best advice for my situation. I will definitely return to them for any other mechanical problems in the future.

Quality and Professional Work.I rarely write reviews for companies; however, a review and due praise is a must on this occasion.I'd contacted Manchester Car Repair by phone to get a quotation for the repair. John responded that I should drop by the workshop to get an accurate assessment of the work required.The response after the assessment was quick and a quotation of the works required was received within 2 hours via email. By lunch time on the same day, my vehicle was at the workshop to undergo the work.Overall, the repair was completed within 3 days.In summaryQuality of Work. 5/5. Excellent finish.Speed and Response. 5/5. Speedy response throughout.Cost. 4.5/5. John was very honest and admit that whilst they are not the cheapest, their quality of work justifies the final overall finished product with warranty provided.To concludeManchester Car Repair delivered above and beyond from the quotation. There were 2 little minor defects that I noticed John spotted at the time of the assessment that I did not ask them to do and on receipt of the car, they'd managed to correct it; I am impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism from Manchester Car Repair.Overall score 4.8/5. I went to visit John thinking my car had an electrical problem - he helped me figure out what the issues were and I didn't need anything doing in the end. He gave me a quote for the work I need doing in the future. He was really helpful, genuine, and knowledgeable. As well as this, he had really soft hands. Thanks so much, I will be back.

Went to John for a quote, and once everything was looked at clearly my car was quite obviously totalled. John guided me through the claims process and helped me out massively. One of the most straightforward and best people I?ve come across, cannot thank him more, came in stressed out and left with a smile on my face.

The service provided by John was outstanding. He was very helpful, friendly and handsome. My bumper had a hole and some scratches and at first John agreed to repair it instead of getting a new bumper, however when they tried to repair it the bumper broke and without hesitation John ordered a new bumper for me. He explained it all to me over the phone as I was panicking and he was very calm and collected which helped me not panic. I came to collect my car and bring it back when the part arrives. I brought my car back when the part came and it was all fitted and looked amazing. To top it all up John also got my car to be washed by the car wash which was on the same road free of charge. Your the best John!This is the only place I trust my car with and I can't recommend it enough.Services: Painting
