There is big difference in prices. I ordered a part there and on collection, I came to know that this part is was bought from eurocarparts. Moreover when I went garage to replace that part, Garage guy showed me an invoice of same part same serial and that was even more cheaper. Funny thing is that the part I bought with student voucher 10% discount was still expensive according to garage mechanic?s invoice ?

Booked a bicycle service for 12:00 the following day, arrived & the conversation went like this, hi my bike is booked in for 12. Erm yeh don?t think we can do that got no bike tech. Me -So why is the website still letting people book ? And if you have my booking info why not let me know before not to come? Them - let me speak to supervisor. 1 min later, ok you can leave it, it doesn?t need a bike tech just for the bronze service it?s only checking a few bits, we?ll call when it?s ready. So I left my bike. The website states it takes 45 mins for the service, 2 and a half hours later no call so I contact them to be told they?ll call me back in 5 to let me know how it?s going, another hour and nothing so I go in. At the till the employee wheels out my bike and tells me it needs at least 4 parts replacing, when asked for a quote was told ? no idea ?. Took my bike and left. Will not be visiting Halfords at the Fort again feel incredibly ripped off for £35, very poor service. And Halfords why is bike servicing and sales upstairs with just a disabled lift for getting up and down.

Really helpful single member of staff on the bike section valiantly trying to do the job of 3 others.Bike-parts washer broken so bike service incomplete.Long wait times.Snr. Management need to earn their pay and deal with the issues.

Bought 4 energizer ultimate lithium batteries. Listed on the stand as £7.50. When cashier charged me £10 I queried it was told ?they must?ve put the sign on the wrong ones, they?re £10?Shocking. No apology or attempt to remove price tag.

I ordered a car battery online with the specification of my vehicle. I collected the battery, sadly once home I realised that Halfords recommendation, (their own, surprise, surprise) didn't fit. So having to drive all the way to the Fort to return it.

I encountered 3 staff in total on my visit and each one was super nice and friendly. 1 even came out to help me look at my tyres when I had a query/question.I didn't catch the name though, wish I had to give a special mention.I don't normally find it easy, actually I can find it uncomfortable to ask questions etc in any store. But the staff makes you feel at ease with their friendly nature :)

Worse service ever. No one ever there to assist you with anything!
