“Kenji is the one stop for any kawaii style products. From notebooks to plushies.This, however, is talking about the boba tea stall that resides inside Kenji. The staff are always friendly, and the service is relatively fast with a nice selection. A bit too sweet for my taste sometimes but that means they aren't skimpy with the syrup ? Overall a very good stop for boba if you're in the Arndale!”

“Great little shop with lovely cards that you won’t see in the big household name shops but I often wonder why it does not open at 8am so as to catch the vast numbers of people commuting to work or going to/coming back from their various trips to the schools, nurseries, crèches and the 2 hospitals a mile apart in the area, a good number of whom will want to pick up a last minute card or gift for a loved one, colleague etc.”

“The best Waterstones I’ve been to in the U.K. in terms of size, stock, offering and layout. I loved the added touch of having a display of the employees favourite books and then the top selling tiktok sensations and so many great genre displays. The whole shop had a modern yet cosy feel which I really appreciated”
