Interesting that all the 5* reviews are from employees. I opened an account and received my card. The first payment into the account meant they blocked it - and asked me to then provide loads of further information, and documents, which I did. Weeks went by and then was advised they were closing my account. I?m very uncomfortable with lots of my documents and data being harvested by Easy E Money, only to then close my account. I?ve asked them in writing to delete my data as per Right to Remove and ICO law - but as yet they?ve not responded. Poor.

Customer service is shocking, they have stopped my access to my banking app and card and my wages get paid into this account and I have been waiting for nearly 48hours without a reply from customer service and left me without money for food gas and electric. There is no contact number to speak to anyone so this company should definitely be avoided. I have had my account for nearly 6 months now and the service I have received is shocking and I will be finding a alternate way of banking from the way these jokers treat there customer
