Amazing customer service I was helped from walking in the shop to leaving. I was in two minds about some sandals and without even asking the lady said she would reserve them for me if I changed my mind which I did and went back.Not only did I want to buy the shoes because they were beautiful but I was outstanded with the customer service and friendliness of the staff

Left disappointed today..shop wasnt busy...no help from assistants and when asked if they did half sizes ... i got a very grunted no and ignored again..Loss of sale today in this store....as they made me feel my custom was not needed.....

Hi , I had a bad experience with dune . I bought a bag from Dune Qatar. I hardly used it but the leather from the handle was coming off . When I complained they first refused to replace it but later they agreed to compensate in terms that they will exchange it with recent lower prices that is Qr 109 . Although the original sale price is qr 300. Its really unfair to me .

Friendly assistant. Great range of footwear for men and women. I usually struggle to find comfortable footwear as I have a wide foot, I always manage to find something in Dune. Excellent quality.
