My son ordered me a matching kettle and toaster 2 weeks ago to collect today as it wasn't in stock (paid for on the day we visited the store). My son went to collect the items today to be told they only had the toaster, and we had to travel to Stockport from Salford to collect the kettle. I am deeply dissapointed with this. There has been not contact from currys to advise us of this until my son entered the store again today to collect the already paid for items. My son now has to drive to Stockport to collect, when in fact, currys have had 2 weeks to arrange for the kettle to be delivered to our nominated store. We have also just bought a new washing machine and dishwasher from currys, which is due to be delivered tomorrow. This is very poor currys. And we will not be shopping in your store again...

Some of the staff are useless, unhelpful, and incompetent.Where has the customer service gone that you use receive? You purchase an item online, receive a pickup date, arrive in the shop, but the staff member who supposed to help you turns out to be useless. He did not look on the correct system to check for my order. After numerous calls, I go back to the shop the next day, I'm served by yet another useless member of staff and, the "manager" who was stood with us was also useless and very unprofessional with the way she spoke with the useless member of staff who was looking for my order. Whilst this is not the normal service at this shop, I wonder what training is given these days. I previously have had good experience with the staff, the waiting time can be long but, the outcome has genuinely been ok. Not on my recent visit though.

Only thing it's good for is T.v,s. Rest is piss!! Half the times they don't have certain stuff in stock. ( Tablets) Apart from important accessories you may need!!

Very silly, I came in to try an expensive mouse before purchasing and just got told to buy it online and return it if I don't like it... they didn't let me try it.I'll just get it from Amazon then. ????? They make themselves (physical stores) irrelevant this way.

PLEASE READ!! I cannot stress enough to NOT ever go to this Curry's. I have had endless issues with this store. The three issues I have had with this store are1). I bought a Samsung TV and paid £300 to have the wires to be hidden. TV turned up Damaged, so had to wait to get a replacement. Second one came damaged, had to wait for a 3rd, all meanwhile Currys were trying to make it out that it was our fault, but the guy who fitted the TV was the one to complain on our behalf. The 3rd TV was fine and was fitted, but to hide the cables they hid them behind the wall. So they make a 50cm long cut in the wall the hide the cables and left. They expected us to pay somebody to them come and plaster it. Curry's never ever accepted that they were responsible and wouldn't refund is.2). I bought a washing machine and paid for this to be installed. It was absolutely fine until 7 months later when the washing machine broke. I went into the store and spoke to them, and they said that it was normal for a washing machine to break after 7 months and refused to accept responsibility and said my only option was to buy a new one! I had to pay to get it fixed and they still don't accept blame.3) I bought a wireless phone charger and it did not charge my phone. I took it back the next day with the receipt and said sorry it doesn't work can I replace it or have a refund, to which they refused. I explained a Curry's store member said I needed a specific charger for my phone but it didn't work on my phone, but because it worked on the employees phone they said I could not exchange or return it.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not shop here, they are so fast to take your money but do not want to know if something goes wrong. Their attitude it beyond awful.
