What an absolute shambles of a chemist no can be bothered to answer the phone and when you raise the point whilst visiting the shop, they couldn?t careless.. The arrogance of the main practitioner was incredible. I won?t be visiting this chemist again

Yesterday I went to boots on grimshaw lane to pick my meds up the system was dwn so I couldn't get them as it is closed on a Saturday it would of left me with no meds over the weekend this morn sat paula rang me from boots to tell me to go and collect them as she had given up her day off to give people there meds they couldn't get not many staff would do that n paula needs to be recognized for this x

The staff are very friendly however the stock control needs looking into. Iâ??ve been waiting over a week for tablets that still havenâ??t arrived.
This is a very friendly chemist. But why arent they open on a saturday. A few time i needed a chemist on a saturday but had to go all the way to middleton on electric scooter as i have disabilitys.
