I've been in twice recently and used self-checkout both times. One time there was the most cheerful lady there who was really helpful - second time a bloke who was rushed off his feet. Self service works OK and I didn't manage to break the machine more than once. It always seems really hectic here but it was before Christmas so probably to be expected.Still haven't eaten the stollen we bought, but it's dated for another month yet so no rush.
