Im not happy with the woman named catherine who works in morrisons daily in lowton everytime i go in she always asks me for my id ive shown it her 6 times and she still asks for it none of the other workers who has seen my id has never asked to see it again im not happy with the service , you need to sort it or i will go higher and report it for harrassment

Absolute shocking two young kids asking a 38 and 40 year old for Id because they were with there daughter.... after proving our age they still refuse to serve us... it has nothing to do with your staff what I do when I'm home with my beer I will be back in and demanding an apology what an absolute joke.... ps all people stood in queue couldn't believe the actions of your staff

Very handy local minimarket. Helpful and friendly staff. Good range of items,however compared to the main Morrisons Supermarkets it is very expensive,even for the basic foodstuffs.

McColls on Newton Road has all the main products you would hope to find in a mini-store. But, the staff are great too, always friendly and helpful.

If standing in a queue for 20 minutes while nobody else queues up is your idea of a good time this is the place for you. Unfortunately when I go into a shop I'm more of an in and out guy so not my cup of tea. When people are in a rush the staff would rather find anything else to do other than serve you. Even empty the paper recycle bin or stack shelves. Full of time wasters who dont give a sh*t about their customers.
