Good quality hotel for the price with a brilliantly friendly receptionist. Accessible room was properly accessible which is isn't always the case in my experience. Room comfortable and clean. Convenient disabled parking

I always stay at this Premier inn when I am visiting my family in Manchester. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are always friendly. Parking can be quite difficult at the weekends but there is plenty of parking in the restaurant next door that you can use, so you are always able to find a space. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff are both extremely friendly and professional. nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks again to Paul and Amy who we met again on this trip. Hotel is clean comfortable and is very well situated with great parking facilities and we have stayed there many many times which I suppose says it all.

Stayed on Tuesday 7th March and had the usual excellent Premier Inn service. It was the first time I was staying solo and had requested a room in a quiet area. I must say the welcome from Paul when I arrived and again in the morning, meeting both Amy and Paul made such a difference, giving an extra personal touch to this trip. I felt safe, parking at the front of the building in the light and my request for a quiet room position was accomodated. Thank you to the team on duty during my stay. Judith

I really enjoyed my stay in Premier Inn Sales. The room was top notch and Kate on the desk was super helpful and friendly. Would really recommend this hotel ! Very easy to get taxi and food nearby. Thank you!

I stayed on this Premier Inn for a weekend for the third time since Christmas. Totally and completely excellent accommodation and service each time. The room is fresh, clean, new looking and spacious. Everything worked. ( which is more than you can say for many hotels). Particular gratitude to Paul - Deputy Manager. He was so pleasant and determined to help above and beyond expectations. I will be back in 5 weeks and can?t wait.

Stayed here for 2 nights last month......it has a camera-controlled car park, and received 3 x £100 parking fines, even though my vehicle was registered at reception on check-in! After numerous calls to the hotel.....these were cancelled! This seems to be a problem at this site!.

Nice welcome from reception staff - The rooms are exceptionally clean the beds are very comfortable and had a good nights sleep, especially with the room having black out curtains and very quiet rooms.

Bed sheets had stains on which is never nice, and the shower was dirty when we arrived. However, for £37 we shouldnt have expected the earth. Bed was comfy and able to sleep well. On arrival we were greeted with a large number of people outside the pub with a coulple of police cars, which was a bit concerning!

The first thing I noticed on my late arrival was how polite friendly and professional Allison the Night Receptionist was at the Manchester Sale Premier inn. She made me feel that welcomed throughout my tenure, she was more akin of a big sister or favourite Aunt rather than an assistant to aid my stay. Her know how and advice was pivotal in making the whole experience of my stay a very pleasant one, which cannot be said for the other hotels I have habituated on the outskirts of Manchester. Her knowledge of Manchester City centre and the Salford quays, were a great guide to my visiting the city, and the recommended shops and restaurants highlighted by Allison have no doubt become a hit with me. For the hotel itself, I give 10/10 The Room I stayed in was very clean and more surprisingly dust free, which is something which cannot be said for others. The carpets were of a clean and fresh nature and the bed and bedding was just divine to crash out on. The room temperature was ambient with no need to adjust the settings as the hotel housekeeping seem to have got this down to a tee. They even adjusted and tidied my clothing if I ever left them out of place , they even replaced the cups and spoons on a daily basis. I got clean bedding and towels when requested and extra T-bags and Milk were in abundance to keep me tea total and topped up. Again for the food I give a 10/10. The adjacent restaurant was excellent and the food is exactly as it says on the menu. ?Proper Grub?. The bar/Service staff were very friendly and courteous, which I?m sure will make any guest staying feel valued. Breakfast!!!! Just excellent!!!! Overall I don?t think I will be staying anywhere else on my next visit to Manchester, I don?t think you?d find a friendlier, cleaner and charming hotel to suit your taste if your staying over on business or just a pleasure visit. Put this Hotel on your to-do list. You won?t be disappointed.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious , and Allison the receptionist was amazing, so good with our children. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting. Great parking, tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Reception always happy to replenish should you run out and also provide clean towels as and when required.

We always stay here when we stay overnight for football. Easy to get to Old Trafford by car. Always clean and staff are friendly and helpful. With Premier Inn you know exactly what you are going to get, and I am quite happy with that.
