First time user and won?t ever use again. I?d strongly advise to look elsewhere. Outfit ordered well in advance of a fancy dress party (over a week). So far had 2 emails on different days saying it?ll be here ?no later than tomorrow?. Well still no sign of it and the party has been and gone. Huge disappointment and poor poor service. Buy from somewhere else.

Wouldn't be giving a 1 star if I could leave a review without one.Payed for next day delivery for it to not come the next day nor the next week!Nobody to answer calls just email. Shocking service and communication would not use or recommend this place.

Wrong costume has been sent out and to late to sort out new costume for my children. Very sad and disappointed.

Very bad experience as a first time customer, ordered for next day delivery, items didn't arrive, called the following day, explained I need these items, they were due yesterday as my day off to receive them was yesterday advised I need them today. Spoke with jenny who said she would update delivery instruction in case I'm not in. She listed the options and said I could have it delivered to my local post office, I said great let's do that. She books it in and then tells me I collect the day after!!! I explained that I just told her I need it today, she got defensive and basically said she told me it would be diverted the day after when she didn't because I wouldn't agree to that as I needed it today! She became very argumentative, I told her to just give me a refund because this is an awful experience for a first time customer! Won't return to this online shop!

Great service from Party Delights, easy to order online I opted for free pickup as i'd left it to late for delivery, when I arrived I texted and 5min later my goods were brought to the car!Thank you.

The best party supplies I?ve found. Many shipping options for last minute items too. Many themes! Placed an order yesterday and it arrived by 9am today. Also included a little dairy free chocolate bar which is really appreciated as my daughter is dairy free :) Thank you!

My parcel went missing, I rang up and they were so helpful, immediately sent out a replacement next day, no problems. Goods have arrived in time for my son's birthday and I'm very happy with them, and the service!

Ordered costumes for a party on a friday and said would be with me by the following friday and the day, i never received any messages about my order so i rang them and they said it would be sent out the day before its due and will be sent next day and i still haven't received my order and still no up date when it i will get it. I wont be ordering from this company or recommending it to anyone. Now ill have to let my son down about his costume

Bought the fancy dress and paid for the next day delivery - it never arrived very disappointing. But read the reviews on their Facebook page this is not a one off incident

Ordered a Star Wars costume, looked great online.. turned up ruined.. clearly been worn previously.. full of holes and ripped .. they sent me a new one but I returned it as was too late .. never received a refund so I raised it several times and was told on multiple occasions that the refund had been paid? Still not refunded and this was nearly two months ago .. AVOID. .. will never use again ..it?s cost me £70 for the costume and £5 to return and I have no costume

Fantastic service from the warehouse to my front door. Anyone living in the North West that needs party goods quick this is the ideal place to shop, and their warehouse is very easy also to get to.
