“I dont often leave reviews but we really did receive outstanding service here. We went to SCS after a dreadful experience at DFS and was expecting more of the same, but at SCS we spoke to 3 different staff members, all of whom were lovely, friendly and welcoming. They gave us friendly advice but also space to look around before helping us to choose what we wanted. There was a lovely family sort of feel to the team and it was more like being welcomed into their family home than dealing with salespeople. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even offered us drinks while we were there and we chatted away with one sales person like we were long lost friend.These people are my tribe!
