Went to Timpsons a couple of years ago with a watch that needed a new battery. I was told it wasn?t the battery that it was broken. It would cost £56 to repair. I said no I will leave it. I hung onto the watch because I?ve always loved it. Today I took it to a jewellers who are more reasonably priced to see what they would charge to repair it. They said it?s not broken; it just needs a new battery. What do you make of that?

Went in store asked the lady could I have 2 keys made up only me in the store she said 20 minutes i have a lock and something else to do first which i said sorry can't wait i have to go to work which she smiled has i left will get my key's made somewhere else ?
Rang to ask if they cut car keys to which the answer was yes but they needed to see the key and hung up i rang back to see if I needed any documentation to the reply from a young man That I didn't just the key very irate because the phone rang whilst he was dealing with a customer the attitude with which he answered the phone is no way to speak to a customer so I would like to congratulate Micheal at the store for the worst employee of timpsons stores I have dealt with over the last fifty years CONGRATULATIONS

Went to have two spare window keys done and Three times thay where wrong 2 hours of my time and the fuel I wasted travelling back and forth not a happy customer

Rang store to ask what time they closed was told 6pm , asked if they did engraving? Yes Arrived at store at 16.55 was told you can?t have it done today ? It takes too long , said I needed it for morning ? Well I can?t do it ???? Rude and disrespectful, shop elsewhere he doesn?t deserve the custom ???
