We just ordered our visas that should be signed for an he just shoved them through our letter box.The envelope was completely bent nearly ruining the things inside.

Sick and tired of mail going missing blaming the strikes they are just bone idle no mail for 3 weeks 2 important letters gone missing and they said they can't do nothing absolutely fuming

I can only remember the last 3 times I've had a royal mail delivery.This one was whilst I was out, took the post card to the delivery office 3 days later and they couldn't find it. (This is a tracked parcel). Used the online tracking to find that it was returned to sender the day after the attempted delivery. So now I don't have my parcel.The previous delivery was whilst I was home, it was pushed through my living room window (the small top opener), dropped about a metre, knocking 3 of the blinds down. No door knock, no doorbell, just drop and run.The time before that, the delivery office couldn't find the parcel (might be a pattern here). I left my name and number and after not hearing anything from them went back to the office and it was there.I can remember lots of Amazon deliveries. They deliver when I'm home and use the doorbell and knock on the door. I don't have to go parcel hunting.One afterthought: the parcel I am currently missing is for a karate seminar at weekend and would have helped prevent me from accidentally getting kneed in the balls. So, for everytime it happens, I'll keep count, and when I find the berk responsible for my missing parcel, I'll try to pass-on the kneeing of the balls.Does that sound fair?

What is the point in these opening times? I am at work during these opening hours so now I will have to either finish early or start late just to collect my inhalers

Says on the opening times online and on the door of the actual building that it shuts at 4pm on a Tuesday yet when I arrived at approximately 3.45pm rushing back from work they were shut. This isn?t fair for people who aren?t able to pick up their parcels at certain times of the day. Ridiculous closing 15 minutes early !!

Magazines not arriving, replacements being damaged/opened. They don't even wait for u to answer the door when u have a parcel, just put a card through with very little information on it. Don't think it's the regular bloke, Can only hope service improves.

absolutely unfit for purpose, but yet they put the price up. no mail now for 5 days without any notice, im sure the first words will be covid. yet every other delivery company are doing great business. i go out of my way not to do business with them.

I was struggling with replacing my driving licence for over half year. Due to lockdown I couldn't get through to the DVLA. At the post office in Heywood very kind and knowledgeable clerk AK helped me a lot. He really helped me and my parter a lot! We were lucky to meet him at the post office as he only works there once a week. AK- there is no many people as dedicated as you nowadays, thank you for all your effort, we really do appreciate your help.

I wouldn't give 5 starts-rating if the clerk Ak wouldn't work there. There is many workers at the post office in Heywood but no one could help me as much as Ak did. Thank you so much for your help Ak- you are doing an excellent job there!

I've been waiting for a delivery since the 16th Dec & wanted to phone the sorting office to see if it's there waiting but the postie forgot to leave a card, which sometimes happens or been put with the mail for a street close by which is called a similar name! I wanted to ring rather than have to walk down unnecessarily if it's not there-however the silly automated phone number no longer puts you straight through to the sorting office, instead you are given options to re-deliver-NOT what I want to do. Phone number is a waste of time and useless

3 times I have been to try and collect a parcel and each time the gates are locked even though I am arriving at 7.30 when they are supposed to be open between 7 & 9am. The times need updating on the website too. Rubbish service. Also parcels have gone missing and from here just shocking!

The web site needs updating as the publish opening hours bear no resemblance to the actual opening hours. Monday to Friday they are only open 7.00 to 9.00 and Saturday 7.00 to 11.00. There were 3 unhappy people, including me, who were trying to pick up a parcel and had checked the web site for the opening hours only to find the gate securely locked. Not good enough!
