No complaints. The pharmacy has always been very helpful and provided good advice when needed. Regularly order repeat prescriptions, rarely any hiccups. Where there are, they are easily and promptly sorted.

We use another chemist in Golborne to be honest but I often need to use Asda pharmacy to pick up mum's medication. There is often a queue to get served but zero "Queueing infrastructure" that would inform customers where to stand, where's the start of the queue, who's being seen to and who's still waiting. So it turns into a small mob of people standing in random places. The staff though are polite, knowledgeable and helpful and when you get your turn the actual interaction is usually quick and efficient. Have no issues with this place......good chemist

I use this pharmacy regularly and it's great, my prescriptions are always correct (unless the GP messes them up!) The staff are friendly and helpful and it's convenient for full time workers because they open late ?

Spoke to staff over the phone regarding a prescription from the hospital and rather than being polite about it and saying please get a regular prescription from the doctors was very snotty and rude about it. Dont think I?ll be going back if that?s the treatment you get

Brilliant staff at the Asda pharmacy in Golborne. My husband has cancer and they ensure all his prescriptions are ordered very quickly. They have phoned me on occasion to deal with queries to make sure his medication does not fall behind. I can't thank them enough really.
