Deborah C was extremely helpful, we talked through our holiday, she matched the online price and gave us tonnes of useful help and advice. Service was great, only negative is that she was expected to also take customer phonecalls whilst serving us which lead to some interruptions.

Recently visited & had amazing customer service from Hayley as always. Very friendly, helpful and always shows good knowledge/experience with her answers in regards to any Q?s i may have. She is a credit to the TUI team, as are each member of staff who are always just as friendly and helpful from the moment i enter. I?m always made to feel welcomed and there is a very positive atmosphere all round. Can?t wait for my holiday now. I will be returning again for any future holidays. What a great team! Thanks Hayley and TUI Denton. You are a brilliant bunch.

My sister and I went into tui Denton today to book a cruise and stay . Sara was absolutely brilliant.she went above and beyond for us and made sure everything was just perfect.we want to thank her very much as she was so professional and understanding of our needs .we hope the cruise is as fantastic as the service we received today . you're a credit to tui and we will definitely recommend you to others thank you again so much for a great service ????

Lauren in the shop was really helpful finding a holiday that matched our needs: Fingers crossed it?s as good as it looked in the pictures. Was helpful in looking for things for our 14 year old to do . Would definitely go back .

Denton superstore was so efficient and couldn't of been more helpful. They updated with texts all the time. The hotel was amazing and the reps were on hand ALL THE TIME. Nothing was too much trouble thank you for making our holiday special.
