The staff at his store are absolutely useless and unhelpful. It took 3 members of staff today on the front tolls to help a lady with a query whilst I waited patiently for a click and collect order. Isn?t the purpose of click and collect to arrive and collect swiftly and go?! I had been at work all day and they made me wait whilst they had a mother?s meeting with a customer. Shambolic! This is exactly why you lose your customers to your main competitor, Superdrug! Sort your staff out otherwise you will continue to lose customers like me.

Awful service today at the pharmacy. I went to collect a prescription at 9am but couldn?t have it as there wasn?t a pharmacist on the premises. I was told to come back at 12. Still not ready. I finally got it at 4pm! We?re told to go to our pharmacies to relieve pressure off our GP. OK then.

Wouldn't even give one star if it was a option. Staff at pharmacy was sooo rude, they have no manners let alone customer service, worst experience ever I would never ho bk and would rather travel far out to another boots then go back there. The staff definitely need some customer service training. Very disappointing experience here

Nice tidy store today but was spoilt by rude member of staff when I refused to use self service checkout..I left products and went to Superdrug where I was served with a smile and the product was cheaper..THANKS SUPERDRUG..

When ever me or my wife need a new fragrance I love going to see the one man that knows everything about aftershaves and perfumes, Ashley. This guy is amazing at his job and there's nothing he doesn't know. Suit this guy up, stick a manager's badge on him and leave him on that department. No hard selling, just friendly and always listens to what you like. Which results in my walking out smelling nice and a few quid down. But very happy.

I called at 10pm to enquire about the availability of a specific medication item. The individual who answered the phone was exceptionally friendly and provided valuable assistance. Despite not having the item in stock, they offered valuable advice on finding an out-of-hours pharmacy that might have it. Outstanding customer service experience.

Well, I had to pay for goods having been in for a prescription and considering that I felt really ill, the last thing I wanted to do was to go to a self service scan your own, pack & pay till.....Boots have now got rid of their counter tills where the assistant would always pack your bag as well. Boots at the retail park in Denton this is a bad decision you have taken, the queues at Christmas are going to be terrible! Why have you done this? Yes, put a few of these in but surely removing all of the original counter tills is ridiculous!!!
