I would highly recommend this store, Muhammad went out of his way to help me, even when my contract was signed, he still helped me to sort my phone into some of order.( this is my old phone) and told me not to hesitate to phone or call in if I need any more help.will you thank him again for me.

We visited the 3 store in Bury for a phone update. We were very impressed with the service given to us by Elvin and Bassett. They both gave excellent polite service, and nothing was too much trouble to them. We will certainly be returning when we require further updates or advice. Absolutely rubbish. Been there over an hour still had to walk away without an upgrade. System failure again as went yesterday aswell.

Building the fastest 5g network? You still haven't built a good 4g network. One of the worst network to be with. Vodafone way better.

Not good, fobbed of with having to go to manufacturer for a replacement cover. Mentioned that this was contrary to consumer rights act and was told that was how it was. So I've lost a couple of hours of work, got nothing sorted, got extremely irritated, and still have a faulty case. All because someone is telling porkies. Evidently you have to have the paper receipt as a photo of it isn't good enough. Sounds like more BS to me as well.
