Attended Lloyds in Bury today with my elderly disabled mum to show evidence of my stepdads death certificate and remove his name from the account. Staff were unhelpful and told us to use the phone to call the bereavement line which we did for the lady on the phone to start shouting at my mum to the extent my mum got upset and started to cry, I went on the phone and questioned why she was shouting at my mum for her to respond ?I'm not shouting, I?m raising my voice? shocking service and will be looking at moving her account to another bank.

Queued up for 1/2 hour for the cashier (only 2 working) only to be told I had to join the other queue for help/advice as my account was inactive and they couldn't help. Only 1 person working at that desk and I'd still need to rejoin the other queue again to get my money. So gave up

I have to say, using this branch on a regular basis, that service in here is very slow. 3 cashier points but only 1 staff working dealing with a long queue of unhappy customers. Nothing changes. Poor service. All too much focus on doing everything online which will be the death knell for high street banks.

Quite busy,there seemed to be a problem with one of the ATM machines only two staff at the cashier's desk,waited for advice only one gentleman there so had to wait 15 minutes even though first in the que until a nice lady appeared,she did try to help,but unfortunately she was born able to assist.

Went in today helpful staff closed an online account swiftly and transferred my money into the current account I hold at Lloyds the lady who served me was pleasant and treated me well branch was clean and tidy all cash machines in working order

I had a meeting with a business banker to simply add my wife to my account. Went through 90 minutes of pointless chat, monotonous and repetitive videos, all to be told the computer says NO! Thank you for wasting my time Lloyds, I?ll take my business elsewhere. Common sense is obviously very difficult for you to comprehend as a bank!!

Never been impressed with banks and there all show, there never there to help banks can be a pain more then a gift.

Customer service is pretty much none existent in this branch. They don?t stick to appointments. Customer communication is awful. If I could give zero Stars I would. Dreadful!
