Great service from Adam and Daniel. Other guys I spoke to while waiting were also friendly and professional. Even though the booking system was down when I arrived the drop off went smoothly. It was noticed that the tyre size I had ordered (on purpose) were different to the ones being replaced, unfortunately I couldn't be contacted due to my lack of phone signal, which meant a short wait on returning. I previously had 'Triangle TH202' tyres fitted to the rear and returned to replace the fronts. They are a good tyre for my vehicle at a very good price.

Initially all seemed good but next morning whilst on the motorway my warning light came on. Had to call put breakdown service and the tyres were registering as having a fault because the ECU had not been done, evidently your machine is broken. Returned to your business and was more or less told you couldn't do anything about it. Asked your employee if he could phone Kwick fit in Heywood he said why didn't I do it? I pointed out that they had not only failed to do the ECU but had returned the car with this undiagnosed fault. He eventually phoned Heywood Kwick Fit who were very professional and solved the matter in 10 minutes.
