I had a year old Samsung in perfect condition, except for the factory fitted screen protector, which had started to lift. I'd taken it to the Bolton EE store the week before, who said the phone would be repaired under warranty (I'd already had this confirmed by Samsung, who told me to take the phone to Bolton EE) but the repair would take a few days and have a factory reset, but I could backup and drop the phone off at Bury EE (much closer to home).A week later, I attempted to drop the phone off at EE Bury, only to be told that they couldn't send it to Bolton to be repaired. I was told the phone was out of warranty and it would cost me £520 to repair, and that they didn't believe that was value for money (they wanted to sell me a new phone).My phone had a 24 month manufacturer's warranty. Samsung had approved the warranty repair. The phone had only been launched 18 months earlier, so impossible to be outside of the 24 month warranty.I was told repeatedly that the phone was outside of the manufacturers warranty period as it was over 2 years old.Needless to say, I didn't pay the £520 and didn't buy a new phone from them.Total con artists, go to a different EE store.I highly recommend the Bolton EE

Great customer service the lad that dealt with my query was 100% very helpful took the time to check it out and gave me the answer to query and then helped sort out new landiine and Internet contract will definitely go back here again against going to Bolton shop.

Absolutely useless what a bunch o prick's and liars top marks though for mucking people around they've got that down to a fine art try Tesco's mobile the only good thing about ee is the saxophone music in the advert oh watch out they're offering I pads you pay for the sim card monthly

I visited the Bury store today and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful female member of staff, who efficiently sorted out the transfer from my ancient phone to a new one. I really appreciate all she did because i'm clueless with tech!

Just like an earlier review I was also mis-sold a contract when I went to change my phone and was offered a tablet which I didn't want but the chap said you might as well take it as it's free. It was only when my first payment went out I saw that I was actually paying a monthly fee for it so me and my husband went back to the store. The two members of staff we saw practically called us liars and we were not happy at all with their attitudes - my husband and I are both old aged pensioners and not very technical and we feel as though they have taken advantage of this.

Not actually with EE, but my experience in store was actually very good, I forgot the young gents name but he was fantastic, and a very good atmosphere, just prices a little high

I have been with EE since it was orange because all of the staff all of the time could not be more helpful and they don't let you leave the store unless that you are completel happy that you came in if I could I would give EE 12 out of 10 full marks EE
