I am currently stood at the collections desk. Theres 4 members of staff. 2 are helping a lady find an item they cant find in the back. There's other people here wanting to collect items. Are you aware you can look got 2 things at once? I could probably nick something right now and no one would know. Uodate: There's nobody on the shop now, I could help myself to anything if I was an opportunist.

Went in to ask for a Sony soundbar system, the staff Mansoor, straight away said they don't have any, when I saw one Sony HT A2000, connected to LG TV, staff is absolutely rubbish, the staff said they have LG and Samsung, but I dont want those brands, I would've asked if I wanted them brands, no customer service skills, seemed they aren't bothered to sell anything, no wonder people prefer shopping online.

Went in today to buy a hoover, sales assistant spoke to me like he couldn't be bothered he was borderline rude, I walked out and will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.lots of reviews by customers seem to have the same experience.

Store is spacious, clean & the staff are knowledgeable but not too pushy. Plentiful parking. I bought an eye level grill cooker, just wish the staff had informed me that it came as a self assembly & not as seen in the store. Cost me extra when my gas fitter came to fit it as he had to assemble it for me

Called in today (31st Jan 2024) at lunch time intending to purchase a couple of the latest Samsung phones. Having 'hovered' around the relevant area for far longer than was necessary, watching sales assistants larking around I asked if anyone was serving, I was rudely informed by an assistant on an adjacent Isle that "I'll be with you shortly" before continuing to do absolutely nothing. Given that I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to waste, coupled with the fact that there was no way I'd give this clown my business, I left immediately. I have no idea whether sales assistants' are on commission, if they are, in the words of Julia Roberts, BIG mistake, HUGE! as I was ready to spend around £2500, ooops.

I bought a TV and a broadband package which had a £75.00 cash back woth it. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to claim the money 7 calls, 20 emails and 2 store visits. I am still being told i need an order number that should have been mailed to me. This is the second time they have done this. On the first occasion i gave up but i will not this time.My advice is to buy from AO

I was returning a phone. I went to the sales desk and after a short wait was told I needed to go to the return desk. There was one assistant in the desk who was having a problem with the one person in front of me. I waited 35 minutes while the customer was dealt with. Although there were lots of assistants not doing anything nobody helped on the returns desk. After waiting the 35 minutes. When I got to the return desk. I was told I needed to go to the people on the phone department. The assistant I spoke to didn't know how to accept returns. I was told to come back in 2 days when somebody would know how to accept the return. I went back after 2 days. It took about 30 mins to get the return accepted. Altogether it took over 1 hour to return 1 item. Not sure why nobody else could help on the return desk and why in was not told to go the correct desk.

My wife purchased something on line, click and collect. Went the first time, our article hadn't been delivered. Went a second time with my wife, they couldn't find it in the store, but it was there. After some time of hanging around, they appeared with it. Product is smashing at a reasonable price, but time is precious when your 70 years old, so please pull your finger out Curry's.
