Horrible customer service! I went to ask if they sell kitchen taps in a specific colour and style. Was being ignored as soon as I entered the shop. Had to wait 15 mins for three staff to finish their conversation and laugh while being ignored. It was very disrespectful. After being served by one of the staff, he wouldn?t give me much information and told me that they don?t sell that here wanting me to go. I must say that you definitely lost me as a customer. Note of advice: Customer service is key to a business, whether it?s small or big business!

Nice new biger store, more fittings and consumables on the shop floor. On line orders available to collect same day or with next day on most parts.Great service from a happy bunch of lads.
