Worst customer service ever!On May 27th, I applied for a debit card renewal, as my previous card had been expired. Still haven?t received one until today, June 20th!!! I had to travel to Bolton brunch and make a request for the card to arrive there.At first, my request was declined by an employee, who was really rude by the way, and insisted that I should speak with Royal Mail?s customer service. After many delegations, I managed to consult with the brunch manager and my request was finally accepted.Still haven?t received a call to pick up my card though?Try to avoid this bank people..

I booked an appointment to apply for additional products, I asked and confirmed all the required documents that I would need over the phone, I took a cab there on the appointment date with all the documents and I was told I would need something else, and ?apologies? that the person I spoke to misinformed me.I asked to go home and return with the missing document on the same day, you?d think they?ll be more accommodating since the missing requirement was caused by their misinformation, and especially because I called beforehand to ensure I had all the necessary documents. Nope. I was told I would have to book another appointment for another day just to drop that one document in.Spend additional resources (time, money, energy) for their own misinformation.No scanned copies accepted! In 2022!The Biggest Thumbs Down! ??

Oh dear. I went in the new TSB today and immediately on entering wanted to turn down the volume on my hearing aids because the chatter and general hub hub was so unbearably loud, however, can you believe it I'd forgotten to wear them? What is it like to work in there all day? Absolutely earsplitting noise. Needless to say I shall arrange another Direct Debit then today will be my first and last visit to the new branch.
