Been into the Bolton branch twice over the last couple of weeks. All i can can say is Wow! Never been before but the knowledge, advice, and tips were second to none. Dealt with a couple of different people, including Steve, who I think was the manager of the store? They were both brilliant! Definitely my first choice now.

Got some great help from Steve who guided me on how many tiles I needed and best grout to use. He even helped load everything into my car. Was really pleased and impressed with the service.

Fantastic experience with the team here at Topps Tiles Bolton. Ste advised us greatly and when a slight issue aroused when ordering the whole team pitched in and helped resolve it swiftly. You can not fault the customer experience here. Well done and we will be back in the future.

I went in, looked confused, the man came over, I told him the footage I needed and what tile I had seen. He directed me to that tile but also showed me another range very similar, I preferred that one, also saving me some money I found out at the tile. He asked if I needed anything other than the grout I bought which I didn?t. He loaded my car for me and made the whole thing straight forward. What a lovely man and the lady (pregnant) was warm and welcoming. Would defo recommend

The best customer service I have ever experienced!Dave, Beth and Lauren were very welcoming upon entering the store, I found them all to be incredibly helpful throughout our experience with every query we had. All 3 were really polite and continuously had a smile on their face.Would highly recommend visiting this store for any tiling needs you may have.

I orignally visited the branch in Shipley, the manager at that branch was unpleasant, unapproachable and non engaging.I subsequently visited the Bolton branch and was very pleasantly surprised by the kindness and attentiveness of all three staff in the store on Saturday 08.07.23. I only caught the name of 2 members of staff who were Lauren and Tim. I would happily recommend this store to my family and friends. Thank you for all your help choosing the right tiles for my kitchen.

Been to Bolton Astley Bridge store, we have never tiled before, over the last 4 weeks after buying tiles, steve & the team have gave us so so much amazing advice, even said they can be on the top table at our wedding. Amazing staff who defo know what to advise, once finished picture will follow. So so grateful for there experience & friendliness.
