Always like a subway. Tried a bombay 6inch really nice luvly. The only thing that let it down down was other people's waste on floor.

Visited today with my daughter & 3 grandkids, table dirty from previous people, sandwiches tasteless, floor full of food, grandson went together and they smell, girl serving doesn't have much customer service, definitely give this place a miss for a

Very messy, and whilst its obvious that alot of that is down to customers too lazy to find the bin when finished, the staff could sweep the floor at least.

I am a big Subway fan as it?s great when I am on the road and need to eat between work appointments. And healthier than most fast food options. This is the Middlebrook site, so usually easy to park and there?s a loo. Unfortunately, the staff were tied up with a huge order when I arrived, which nobody explained or apologised for. Some people gave up waiting and left. I did receive an apology when I was finally served but staff were still working on the order, which seems to have resulted in my toasted sandwich accidentally being blasted twice, because the bread was much drier and crustier than usual. The salad and sauce distribution was also a bit haphazard, possibly due to rushing. Everyone was working hard but I just think they forgot their waiting customers. I would come back though, as this might not be common and could be sorted through training.

I?m guessing the staff are very new and not used to customer service. I asked for a pizziola with no onions off the new menu boards - I was asked ?what?? twice. She made the meat side of the sandwich and passed it to someone on the salad side who added onions. I said sorry, no onions - to which she scraped the onions off the meat back into the pot! Sorry vegans/vegetarians!I asked for a napkin to which I got the response ?there? and a point to an empty pot.I did say something at the time, but apart from the staff whispering amongst themselves I got no further response.Just a genuinely unpleasant experience. There is another subway just up the road which I would highly recommend!

My only concern was the amount of crumbs /food on the tables /floors and window sill. My son commented there where ants under.our table.
