Used to be a lot better noticed prices being ramped up a lot more recently saw a dirty used microwave in here selling for £40, need to get real getting these items donated for free and charging what would pay almost for new. How do you expect to shift items and raise money for charity if carry on these practices?

One rude staff member in the place , speaks to the other staff members like they were dirt. Believe her name was ?Jan? but it?s okay cause she?s besties with the area manger so she can do what she wants x

Love this store, wide selection, helpful staff, loads of free parking spots. 5/5 Trouble is SMART Parking Ltd are the Parking Contactors 1/5 . So we've agreed to join the boycott whilst they're sending out false information in their PCN (speculative invoices they automatically mass mail out, based on credit score). Clear profiteering, aimed at vulnerable adults (i.e. the ones the Sally Army helps). It typically takes over 20 months before you get access to an unbias appeals process, and they sell these PCN's to Bailiffs who along with the Magistrates will rule on what's written in them. So you need to prepare you evidence (take photos of todays signage, because they will be replace when legislation comes in and SMART Parking Ltd clearly doesn't want to change this, as it will effect their profits - hence their bias and Wall of Shame fame. Join our Boycott.

It's an okay place, items are items but the reason for my low review is they supposedly close at 5pm, we got there for about 4:15 when a staff shouted they were closing in 15 minutes, they denied entry to other outsiders by saying they were closing soon, this being about 4:20 so we felt rushed to leave even though it was no where near 5pm, things being sold smelled seemingly musky, which I understand is because a lot of the items sold is from elderly homes, however this smelt resonated throughout the entire store and I was constantly sneezing which was raising questions. I will not be returning

Really strange and interesting place. So many items that are rare, odd and unusual.

They get a good range of donated items - furniture, household, kitchen ware, clothes, toys and more. The items they put out on display are always high quality and cater for a range of tastes. The flip side is that they are a bit more expensive than most charity shops, but still far cheaper than buying new and the quality is usually worth paying the little bit extra for.

Love it! This is a massive charity shop that has regular new stock. Brilliant prices on lots of stuff from clothes to furniture. It's a must visit if you like charity shops and getting bargains!
