Purchased a bed that was on sale. Absolutely love it! Great quality. The delivery guys got straight to removing the old bed and mattress to assembling the new one. Even the guy that delivered it noticed one of the drawers was a bit stuck. It just needs a good tug, not a major problem, he and kept offering to ring the store up to tell the manufacturer. I said it was ok as I was just happy with the quality. Now the bedroom has that brand new bed smell.

I cannot recommend Premier beds enough. Julian, Julie and Scott are absolutely amazing. Amazing service, really professional and lots of choice. I personally don?t go anywhere else. I have bought 7 beds/mattresses previously and have just bought a sofa bed. It fits perfectly and I would like to personally thank Julian, Julie and Scott for all their help and patience in finding me the perfect sofa bed for a very tight fitting room. The delivery team are also amazing. Thank you so much. I am so pleased I found this independent bed store. If you are looking for a new bed, I would recommend visiting, you won?t be disappointed.

Great customer service, they did an amazing job getting a very large bed and headboard up an extremely tricky staircase, no wallpaper was damaged in the process!!! Third bed I?ve purchased from them excellent choice and quality of products.

Absolutely top tier service. I could not find a bad thing to say about this place. Scott didn't feel like a salesman, it felt like visiting an old friend. A nice, genuine, local guy who truly wants to help you find the right bed, whether you buy it from him or not. He's knowledgable on his products and will go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. With no guarantee we would be returning after our lunch, he took out mattresses from the store room whilst we were gone and put them on frames as he 'thought we might like them'. He went above and beyond to find someone to deliver our mattress within 1 working day instead of the allocated time slot on the Thursday. I will be a customer of this place for life. Both Premier Bed Stores and Scott himself are a credit the North West.

Fabulous bed at a good price & first class service.Our bed was delivered on time, assembled & our old bed was removed for a very reasonable £30.The guys who delivered & assembled were very courteous & removed their shoes before they came in.Premier Stores supply quality products with personal service & I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Buy from this family run store with confidence. I have bought every bed and mattress for the last 37 years from them. Julian, Julie and Scot are knowledgeable trustworthy and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very competitive on price and will under cut if possible or at the very least price match. They do not make false promises and do what the say they will do. Our last two purchases we did not even need to visit their store 2 Tempur mattress bought over the phone in the last 2 months. Absolutely amazing service from Scott! Got a gorgeous bed and mattress from these guys a few months back, had no problems at all and it?s soooo comfy! Scott helped to show us exactly what we needed and helped answer any questions we might had, the delivery was very quick too! No pushy sales and fantastic customer service, feels like that actually care about their customers. Couldn?t recommend enough! Will 100% be coming back to use them again.
