? Slow service compared to Chorley old road office? Very small office leads to queuing outside on the steps? The man behind the counter doesn?t like when you ask for a receipt if you already have stamps on your itemsTry to avoid this office if you can.

Poor service and lacking in common sense! Two senior citizen looking clerks possibly a couple, caused an unnecessary fuss about parcel weight initially despite the fact that my parcel label have already been covered for via special delivery according to its correct parcel dimensions where weighting wasn't relevant to be stated! Tried to explain that's how it works via the online method but they just shrugged off their shoulders unwilling to help insisting that I do it again which was a hassle unto itself. Its like they weren't bothered with the fact that its been paid for as special deliveries aren't cheap especially for small sized parcels. Had to go to another postal branch nearby simply to have my parcel posted off hassle-free!! Avoid!

I'm the guy who mails fishing rods. I always go to this Post Office. Lovely people to deal with, very efficient and the owner is extremely long suffering being a keen BWFC fan. Best wishes Phil

Good Post Office i used it for years. Send a lot of lightbulbs from it. They Process them Fast. From uklightbulbs all the best for 2019.
