Lady at the PO front desk is too nosey and inconsiderate.Complained about the smell of my parcel, which I went to collect. After explaining its the plastic bags packaging she continued to complain about it. Turns out the contents were warm once I got home so it was sat next to a heater to make it even worse ?No respect and I bet they'll never give it. Terrible post office and I wouldn't visit again, avoid at all costs. Much better options in the local area. Rude.

Annoying when you need the p.offi e and it shut when you get there. The website says its open till 5.30 on a sat, arrived at 4.50 and closed ...AGAIN.

Poor service. Visited this Post Office to send my expired passport back to the Passport Office having applied for a new one. The Passport Office recommends returning expired Passports by 'Signed For' post. I had put a 2nd Class stamp on a small brown envelope, weight 99g so fitted in the 'Letter' category. I asked for '2nd Class Signed For', the male assistant tried to get me to pay for Special Delivery. No thank you. When I got home I saw from the receipt I had been overcharged - charged for Large Letter 1st Class Signed For' with no allowance for the stamp already paid for so cost me nearly 3 times what it should have done. Very poor and rude service. Should have gone to my normal Post Office

The woman and man who run this place are extremely rude and unprofessional!! Me and my family have been in various times for the woman to be extremely rude and unfriendly towards us. The man is rude too but the woman?s attitude is disgusting. If it had been one of I would not have had an issue, but after continuous visits I am completely dissatisfied with the services. Once I went in to put a stamp on a package, only for the woman to tell me to buy cello tape because her stamp wasn?t sticking. Ridiculous!! Would never recommend this terrible place. If you want to be a shop keeper, you should learn how to be social, polite and friendly with your customers. Will never be returning!!

Turned up at 3.30pm on Saturday as when googled it says 4pm closing, but asked passers by who said it closes at 2pm.I called in on Monday and pointed this out to the people who run the shop who said it was nothing to do with them as post office counters should change it or inform Google.
