“Called here after having a cheque which was given to me by TSB after my account was closed. Usually I use the Salford branch,but I’ll get back to that in a minute. TSB Bolton wouldn’t help me even though they issued the cheque.So in here I go to be met by a lovely Asian lady Rukhsana, and Another lady who was also helpful. But Rukhsana stood out the most by how helpful and friendly she was. She went above and beyond in my opinion. And she’s a credit to H&T, I’m so thankful they managed to get this cheque cashed for me. I’d absolutely recommend coming here over the Salford store as the Bolton store and staff have the correct attitude and are friendly and willing to help. Where previous experiences with the Salford store has been nothing but attitude and rudeness. Rukhsana in Bolton I dealt with could easily go on and train staff in customer service.
