Absolute hillbillies. Paid for a washing machine over a week ago was meant to be here today but not here and they blamed their couriers of whom said they tried obtaining contact with me yet they really haven't and I guarantee they will also fail to provide evidence to show they have . Fuming . £500 now have to wait 3-5 days before I can buy another washing machine as they won't waver the delivery cost even though the courier made a fraudulent claim . .. STAY AWAY

I was looking for a free standing freezer for a few weeks and needed one ASAP. I dealt with Sue Sewell in store and she was very friendly and knowledgeable on the products on offer. Delivery came as expected on time.

Went in for advice about a new washer/dryer & we were interested in the Miele ones. First gentleman was very helpful & also got Alan who was more knowledgeable to help us. We decided on one & Alan made sure they were the cheapest not only on the product but also on the delivery & fitting fee too, which he reduced slightly. He also went above & beyond as we mentioned we needed an Aga part & he printed out a list of stores & a phone number of one too. Impeccable & friendly service. Highly recommend!!They saved us over £500 buying it from them rather than Miele. There's a reason this place has been going for as long as it has & that's because of their great service & you can walk in & see products rather than hoping for the best by ordering on line.

Had a problem with my freezer that was 2 years old, but came with a 3 year guarantee, changed it for a new freezer no problem, the guys who delivered it were a credit to the company..I would recommend this company and the people who run it..

Absolutely brilliant. Snowy morning, walks in and first thing was, would you like a brew! Perfect. spent ages looking and was left alone. when we needed help they gave us great advice. we decided on one and it arrived two days later delivered and the driver was equally as nice. Oh, and the prices are fantastic. Dont waste your time with Currys, get yourself down to here for white goods, you wont regret it.
