In the store this week as I was waiting to be served I observed a young sales assistant called Helen patiently dealing with an elderly lady. It turned out to be a very complicated task but the assistant never sounded rushed or impatient. She even accompanied her round the store to find the items she needed. I feel she deserves special commendation for it is rare today to find such service. Well done Helen!

M and S food hall excellent. Other departments used to be top quality British made now could be made anywhere so could shop anywhere.

My partner needed some wide fitting shoes with a velcro fastening. A very nice assistant helped us. She also went to find an extra chair for me to sit on. We both have mobility problems. She was very friendly & helpful

It's M&S - they're pretty standard. This store is on 3 floors. Food Dept on the ground floor is a decent size. Cafe, toilets & menswear on top floor. Escalators, stairs and a lift.
