I really don't want to put any negatives comments but it has to be said in the strongest way. The changing room are a absolute disgrace. They stink ?? like someone has died. It truly is awful. If you want to try something on it not gonna happen. You can't breathe in the changing room.

Ordered Nike pro shorts for my daughter's birthday order confirmed and money's gone out of my account be able to pick them up after 2pm came at 5pm from Blackburn to pick them up to be told they don't have them in stock and my order should of been declined but due to IT error this has not happened now I have got to wait 5-10 working days for a refund or I can Chance that they might be in tomorrow delivery.what a load of rubbish don't think I'll be going here again

No staff around,when someone came to help we waited for the trainers for so long we left the shop,please employ adults instead of kids...this might help with customer service

Took us ages to get a pair of trainers waited 15 minutes before receiving the trainers in the size I requested. A lady took our trainers we asked for the certain size. She said they are behind the door. I'm going on my break some will be with u shortly. I wasnt very happy and nearly left. I was going to give u 10 more minutes before going to another store. We got no apology from anyone.

Mens clothing depment was a mess there was coats and jackets and hooides hung with the hoods or just been left on floor !And there was mens jogging pants where all on the rong hangers and some had no sizes on !
