“Myself and partner had a tour with Abby from the New memberships team. She was fantastic, giving very clear details of all the different membership options , knowledgeable on all the brilliant equipment, explaining the range of excellent facilities and how you can get involved in the range of classes. She was very polite and helpful to all our questions and actually made our decision to join a lot easier with all the information provided! We’re very excited to get started being members here as the facilities and range of classes are a very high standard compared to other gyms. Highly recommend having a tour with Abby if you’re thinking of joining here!”

“New Reception staff on 29/12/21 was super friendly and welcoming.The gym for its price is as good as it will get. Cheap membership and it has great gym facilities including a boxing ring with 2 bags, swimming pool, kids pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, big lockers and a dedicated safe car park.”

“This is my review from my experience at Bolton One Swimming PoolPositives:The pool is lovely, clean and fabulous to swim in. Most staff are friendly. I enjoy my swim time here.negatives:The pool is frequently divided for swimming lessons etc. My last visit there were only 3 lanes of the 17 mtr pool for adult swim, the rest of the pool was for swimming lessons. The 3 lanes were centre lanes the first was for lessons, and the 5th and 6th were closed. I was told, quite abruptly to use the steps in the closed lane to enter the pool, so as not to interrupt the kids lessons. After a while more people came to swim, which made the 3 lanes very cramped. Then lanes 5 & 6 where open to more swim lessons, so both entrance / exit steps were closed, therefore the only exit was to climb out onto the tiled edging of the pool. Not good for someone in their 60's. Two more people arrived for their swim looking very puzzled as to where they would find room in the 3 lanes available. However they were allowed to interrupt the kids lessons and use the steps, so i was relieved at that.In summery,If the lessons are priority, then in fairness to paying adults please inform before taking monies that there may be limited space for lane swimming.”
