I've been in curry's three times to buy something. A laptop, cordless hoover, then a washer. I walked out with nothing? I was told to wait as to busy to help me. Then, completely ignored? Three strikes, then that's it. I never go to any of these stores now!

We ordered 2 phones through car phone warehouse at currys on collect at store. Jules is the only member of staff who is able to deal with pickups ordered online. Jules was absolutely fantastic at sorting this out for us. I cannot recommend her service enough. Jules is a real asset to the store.Thankyou very much

Bought a TV + Bracket on Boxing day, Operator 5 Shahid repeatedly tried to sell my partner and I some screen cleaner which we denied so weirdly he ended up giving it us for free? We asked multiple times whether the wall bracket would be suitable on a plaster board wall which Shahid confirmed and said it would be. We additionally paid for an install at our house (Thank god because we would of been in a huge mess otherwise).The Install date came along and the two install men had arrived and instantly told us that the bracket was incorrect for the type of wall we have and it was common for staff to sell the wrong brackets to customers (He had said it had happened 3 times that very day where they have come to do the installs and they had been sold the wrong kind of bracket), so we have been mis-sold a bracket which if we tried to install ourself potentially could of ripped the whole wall down. Thankfully the men were great and directed us to a cheaper mounting bracket which would be perfect for our wall and because of the inconvenience to us, they were happy to book a new install date at no extra charge the only issue is that the date was over a month away.I returned to Currys Middlebrook on the same day to refund the bracket and noticed on my receipt for the refund that £10 had been taken off the refund amount. It has turned out that when Shahid gave us the "Free" screen cleaner what he had actually done is given us a discount on our bracket and charged us full price for the screen cleaner. Because of this the store member 36 Sinead refused to give the full refund stating that because a discount was placed on the Bracket the only way to get our full amount back would be to bring the "Free" Screen cleaner back with us and return it. The only positive was that they were able to bring the install date forward to the following week.I have got to say that I'm completely outraged at this and question the legality of charging someone for something when you're stating it is free and then refusing to refund the full amount of money until the "Free" items are returned.I have raised this complaint with Currys customer complaints department and they hopefully should be sorting this ordeal out.While I cannot complain about the tech and the products in the Currys stores I really think their staff should learn to admit if they don't know whether an item is fit for the purpose for a job before pushing for a sale.
